I bring structure to chaos and I have the data to prove it works.

I'm Dorota. For 13+ years I've been helping technology leaders improve how their organizations deliver. Not by adding more process, but by making the work visible and letting the data drive the conversation.

I work with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and transformation leaders who know something is off in delivery but can't clearly see where. My work focuses on making the system visible through flow metrics, probabilistic forecasting, and honest conversations about what the numbers actually say. When the data challenges existing assumptions, I help leadership teams work through it in a way that builds trust rather than resistance.

But I don't stay only in the boardroom. I connect what leadership needs with what teams experience every day: bridging the gap between strategic decisions and the reality of delivery. That's where real change happens: when leaders understand the system and teams feel the difference in their daily work.

I'm direct, pragmatic, and allergic to Agile theater. I share what I learn through workshops, conferences, and communities of practice, because the best way to grow is to stay curious.
